Nail making machine

The nail making machine is also called the waste steel nail making machine. It starts from the perspective of energy-saving and efficient use of waste and turning waste into treasure. It all starts from the perspective of users being able to get rich quickly. It focuses on economic and practicality and has reached the technical content. High, easy to operate and use, it has small power, saves energy, and has stable and reliable performance. The quality meets the standard. The equipment has the characteristics of small size, flexible and easy to move, low noise, low power consumption, and easy installation. Therefore, this project has become an ideal investment project for enterprises, individuals, families, laid-off workers, and farmers to get rich quickly.
The nail making machine is mainly divided into four parts, the most important one is wire drawing.
Drawing – When making nails after purchasing, you must determine what kind of steel bars will be used for nailing in the future, such as new steel bars, scrap steel bars, etc. Drawing of scrap steel bars is more troublesome and not as fast as new steel bars, but the cost and profit of scrap steel bars are very high Objectively speaking, the finished wire drawing speed is relatively fast, saving some manpower. The nailing speed is also very fast.
Production – After drawing the wire, pass it through the fully automatic wire feeding machine head, and then feed the drawn wire into the wire machine head to produce the adjusted semi-finished nails.
Polishing – Put the semi-finished nails into the polishing machine for polishing. The polishing machine puts in some chemical raw materials such as sawdust, paraffin, gasoline, etc., and throws out the shiny nails after friction and impact.
Packaging – the above three parts are all important. The packaging can be customized according to the user’s own needs.
1. Feeding:
The raw materials are selected from the remaining scrap heads from the precast yard with a diameter of less than 8mm and a length of more than 10cm, as well as scrap steel bars, cold drawn wires, scrap welding rods, rounded heads, etc. removed from the old buildings.
