7、When the machine is running, it is forbidden to place any objects and debris on the machine.
8、It is strictly forbidden to adjust the relevant parameters of the hydraulic system and electrical system of the machine in the working state.
9、It is forbidden to put hands on the components of hydraulic system and electrical system to prevent accidents.
10、After the work is finished, please clean the grease and debris on each part of the machine to make it more convenient for the next use.
11, test run, first turn on the power, turn on the main motor switch, adjust the speed of the main motor, test run found that the machine has abnormal noise or vibration and other phenomena, should immediately turn off the main motor, stop the machine running for inspection and adjustment.
12, according to the thickness of the processed material to adjust the position of the screw, and then turn the screw by hand to adjust the position of the screw to make it reach the best state. During the test run, if abnormal sound and vibration are found, stop immediately to check the cause.
13, when the machine works for a period of time (usually about 20 minutes), check the power output of the equipment, and check whether the equipment has oil leakage.
14、During use, pay attention to prevent iron chips, debris, etc. from mixing into the mold or rubbing into the mold causing damage to the machine.
15、Shut down the main motor switch first and then the secondary motor switch.
