Now let me introduce to you what problems should be paid attention to when using the thread rolling machine
1, the construction personnel must be technical training, qualified by the examination before being licensed to operate.
2, the equipment power supply must have leakage protection device, the machine must have reliable grounding protection to prevent leakage injury, equipment should be cut off after stopping the power supply.
3, steel clamped in the vise must be clamped tight. Processing iron rebar, is facing the corner of the iron is strictly prohibited to stand, in order to prevent the rebar is not clamped and thrown up to hit people. If there is any loosening of the rebar in the processing, the machine should be stopped immediately and the rebar should be clamped again. Do not hold the steel bar with your hand when it is rotating, and prohibit wearing gloves for operation.
4, the wire rolling machine rolled to the front limit after not stopping should immediately cut off the power supply, do not use your hands to stop the wire rolling machine rotation.
5, wire rolling machine in operation, the hand shall not touch any rotating parts, such as: rolling head, expanding knife contacts.
